About the Artists
Due Voci is a soprano and tenor duo formed by Pamina Bohrer and Nicolò Giuricich, whose performances blend the elegance of opera with the warmth of Italian popular song. Nicolò, a South African tenor trained at the University of the Witwatersrand, has performed leading roles in major operas and sung with orchestras both locally and abroad. Pamina began her musical journey in Italy and now performs with the Coro Giuseppe Verdi Opera Choir in Gauteng, moving easily between classical, jazz, and contemporary styles. Together, they present a repertoire that spans opera arias, Neapolitan folk songs, and beloved duets from Andrea Bocelli and the Three Tenors, offering audiences a heartfelt celebration of Italian music and culture.

🍽️ Act I – La Traviata (Starters)

Golden risotto balls filled with gooey mozzarella, deep-fried to perfection and served with a vibrant Napoli dipping sauce — a bold opening note!
🎼 Bruschetta Porcini
Rustic toasted ciabatta topped with porcini mushrooms sautéed in white wine, garlic, parsley, and butter. Earthy, rich, and perfectly composed.
🍝 Act II – Aida (Primi)
🎼 Tortelli Buffala
Pasta parcels filled with creamy mozzarella, fresh basil, and oregano, bathed in a tangy Napoli sauce — a harmonious prelude to your main.
🥩 Act III – Rigoletto (Secondi)
🎼 Tagliata di Manzo con Rucola e Parmigiano
250g of perfectly grilled sliced beef, elegantly laid over peppery rocket and topped with Parmesan shavings. Finished with a drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice — a powerful aria of flavor.
🍰 Finale – Il Barbiere di Siviglia (Dolci)
🎼 Tiramisu
An Italian classic with a playful twist — layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers, creamy mascarpone, and a kiss of liqueur, dusted with cocoa. A sweet and satisfying curtain call.
